Placing your order
We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate our site to find the product you are looking for.
You can search by 

  • Entering product name/ description  in the keyword/ catalogue code search box in the top right hand corner of the home page.
  • You can click on the top bar buttons to get a drop down detail menu of the category selected. You can then narrow your search by type and then by brand. 
  • You can search by brand using the banner 2/3'rds of the way down the home page. Click on a brand logo to be directed to products within the brand.

Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note, once you click the Make the Order button, you can not return to your order to make any further amendments, and you will be directed to the Secure Trading screen to take your payment.


Promotional Offer Voucher Coupons
Promotional offer voucher coupons can be redeemed online at the point of sale by entering the promotional coupon code and clicking on the add a coupon button in the basket . There is no cash equivalent. Order value must be greater than voucher value or the transaction will be voided. Promotional codes MUST be input  when you make the purchase and can not be applied retrospectively. 


Stock

The majority of the listings are PRE-ORDER which has a delievry period of 2-3 weeks

We do hold some items in stock and it will specify if it's in STOCK or PRE-ORDER- If you have any questions just email us

In the unlikely event that we find we are out of stock or unable to fulfill your order of the product, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or a refund in full.

If we do not stock an item that you are after, please contact us and we try our best to source it for you at a great price!

Clothes and Shoe Sizes
Sizes shown for all our products are US sizes.
Each manufacturer has different sizing, so please check.

Unfortunatley I do not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size

Price Matching
We will try to price match any genuine online retailer advertised price at the point of sale. Match must be verified as exact like for like which includes item code, exact size available, delivery times & delivery charges. We do not price match free gifts or promotional voucher discounts. We do not retrospectively pricematch.


Returns

Unfortunately we only accept returns for faulty items or items sent 'not as described'   Please fill in the returns form on the website and we will send you a returns number. Please enclose this with  the returned product.


For your peace of mind we suggest you send returns by signed for/ recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will be able to claim from the carrier for goods that were lost. If you wish you can use Standard post which is more economical but offers no insurance & we can not  accept responsibility  for lost or damaged post.

Faulty goods:  Faulty goods will be assessed and if faulty a replacement will be offered or  a refund given if required. The cost of postage that you paid to return the goods to us will also be refunded.

Incorrect Product dispatched: If we have sent out incorrect goods please accept our apologies & return them to us. We will re send out the correct goods and refund you the cost of postage you paid to return the goods to us.

Free products: Free products associated with purchased items you return must be returned also. If the free items are not returned, unfortunately you will be charged for them at the normal price.

All returns and Refunds will be  processed within 14 days. Refunds can only be credited back onto the card you originally made payment.
 

Pre Order items: Many of our products are pre order.  Payment is taken when we have the ordered goods in our possession and are ready to post them to you. If you have paid by Pay Pal/ Credit card, your card will be charged at this point. If you are paying by bank transfer/ cheque, we will email you once the goods are ready to be posted to request payment. No goods are shipped until payment shows.
